I have prepared Operation and Maintenance Videos on various projects for which I have been responsible. I have sailed throughout the Hawaiian Islands including many interisland trips both as charter captain and for sport and recreation. I have sailed San Francisco Bay and have raced off shore from the Golden Gate to Catalina Island. I sailed every weekend for five years on Kaneohe Bay on Oahu in my San Juan 21 where I have taught many people the art of sailing. I have chartered vessels in the Caribbean and have sailed Biscayne Bay in Florida, the Inland Water Ways and the length of the Bahamas from Bimini to Nassau to Georgetown.

ART. While in college I was a watercolor artist engaging in Nature settings. I also worked in ceramics and made pots and other pieces of art work. I enjoy modern art and have been a collector. I have a personal art collection which includes prints by Chegal, Dali, Miro, Wyland, Dans, Otsuka, Diego Reviera and originals by Raymond Page, Sandsuni, Wyland and Jack White.
I travel whenever I can and have traveled extensively throughout Mexico and the Western United States and into Canada. I have visited Japan where I was introduced to much of the major sights by my x-wife's family. I have also traveled to areas throughout the Western U.S. and Florida. I have sailed and visited the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and all of the Hawaiian Islands. Patty and I have traveled throughout Central America.
I began diving with hard hat and compressor in the mid 1950's. As SCUBA began to develop as a sport, I dived with SCUBA gear. I used to go to Mexico in the early 1960's to dive. Later, when I moved to Hawaii, I became licensed and have dived extensively on Oahu as well as occasional dives on Maui and Kauai, California, Mexico, the British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. I have in excess of 450 dives and training as a Rescue Diver as well as in several diving specialties.
I water skied in Long Beach, California, and on Lake Mead in Nevada. For three years I water skied two to three days a week on Lake Saguaro in Arizona. In 1967 I joined the Phoenix Ski Club and progressed from a beginner to capable alpine skier in two seasons. I have skied in practically every major ski resort area in the Western United States. While living in Boise, Idaho, I skied at Bogus Basin after work and on weekends for ten years. And, of coarse, I skied Sun Valley.

"RESIDENTIAL ALCOHOL MANUFACTURING FOR MOTOR FUEL - A FEASIBILITY STUDY", Boise, Idaho, 1978. Researched cost effectiveness of development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution of alcohol production plants to be sold locally, feasibility of grain sales, distribution and waste management.
RESIDENTIAL PACKAGE HYDRONIC SOLAR HOT WATER SYSTEM. Boise, Idaho, 1976. Designed, developed and supervised prototype fabrication of package unit to be sold and installed by local heating contractors. First such units developed in the country.
PALLADIUM, CORP., Boise Idaho. With Mr. Tom Tracy, designed, developed and built prototypes of numerous inventions including (1) Fabric Derrick & Building Fire Escape system, (2) Automotive Manifold Intake Pre-cooler, (3) Flying Duck Decoy, (4) Cable Suspended Amusement Park Slide with Four Story Tower, (5) Aircraft Emergency Escape Slide, (6) Flood Control Tube, (7) Aircraft non-motorized Trash Compactor, (8) Pallet Reclaimer and Stacker. List is representative of products developed.
I have prepared various Business Plans for both personal business enterprises as well as for others as an independent contractor. Representative clients are: PALLADIUM CORPORATION, Boise Idaho, 1979, OSPREY CORP., Boise, Idaho, 1981, "DESIGN SERVICES, INC. - BUSINESS PLAN", Honolulu, 1991. Wrote a 120 page Business Plan which included current and future business profiles, marketing strategies, five year plan, advertising, and other essential elements to be used by the business in obtaining investment financing. Personal enterprises have included KELLER MECHANICAL CONTRACTING, Boise Idaho, 1982, DIVE CHARTS, HAWAII, Honolulu, 1986. I have also participated in the development of business plans for WSF Corporation for the development of the Company's 36,000 acre parcel in the Central American country of Belize.
I raced in the Lahina Souza races on Maui on the Farr 44, "Un A Mara" in 1988 and I competed in the offshore race from Oakland, California to Catalina Island with Marty Barats on his Irwin 36 in 1989. I am a licensed Sailing Captain and I frequently take day sailing charters off shore of Waikiki. Currently, I am involved in competitive sail boat racing on an Olson 40, "Prime Time", as regular crew member. Competed in 1991 season winning "Three Day Around Oahu Race", and placing in various other races; placed third in Hawaii Yacht Club points for season. In 1992 I participated in the Kenwood Cup International Race Series in Hawaii on Prime Time. We placed fourth in our class.
I have always been an active sports enthusiast. I have enjoyed those opportunities available where ever I have lived. In the past I have been active as a big game and bird hunter, water skier, power boater, and sailing vessel operator. I have enjoyed motorcycle touring throughout the Western United States and Mexico. I have been active as a stream and lake fisherman in areas such as Yellowstone Park and the Grand Tetons. I was a member of the Phoenix Ski Club and I have enjoyed skiing at most of the major resort ski areas in the West. As a youth, I enjoyed competitive sports including water polo, swimming, diving, and I participated in several National competitions. I also have enjoyed and am skilled at ice skating and snow-mobiling. I am an active and experienced SCUBA diver and have several certifications in that sport. I have been involved in sailboat racing since being in Hawaii and have several awards and trophies for dinghy racing for five years of competition.
